Information About NJSHAD Small Area Data
County-level data are available through NJSHAD in Community Profiles, some Indicator Reports, and all Dataset Queries, except PRAMS.
Eligible Metropolitan Area, Transitional Grant Area, and Part B Region-level data are available in the HIV dataset query. (area/region info)
Municipality-level data are available in Dataset Queries for the following datasets:
"Select geographic area of residence" is one of the last query builder steps and that is where the county/municipality/area filter is.
Choose "Geographic Area" in the final step: "How to Display the Data" to see data listed by county/municipality/area.
Age-adjusted death rates are available for municipalities with over 65,000 residents.
City Health Dashboard contains data for dozens of key measures for more than 50 NJ municipalities. Data are available at the Census tract level for some measures. Type "NJ" in their search bar to see which municipalities are included.
